Yes. Official-channel stock with manufacturer warranty and Kreatives after-sales support if anything fails within cover.

The models we stock are selected for local voltage, frequent outages and typical hybrid/off-grid use. Check input/output ratings in the specs and confirm with us for edge cases.

What about panels, batteries or cables to match?

We stock compatible solar panels, batteries, charge controllers and cables. Ask for a matched set so everything arrives together.

Yes. Share your essential loads (fridge, lights, pump, office kit) and whether you need backup-only or full off-grid, and we will recommend capacity and matching panels or batteries.

That's covered: the listed price is the product price; delivery is quoted separately based on your location. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.

The Porsche LiFePO4 Lithium Auxiliary Start-Stop Battery 12.8V 60Ah 792Wh OEM 9Y0915105Q for Cayenne & Taycan won't power on or charge — what should I check first?

Confirm the input source (grid/solar/battery) is actually live, check the DC/AC breakers and fuses, and inspect connector polarity. Most "dead" units are a tripped breaker or a loose terminal, not a fault.

Can I mix this with a different brand of panel or battery?

Often yes, provided voltage, current and battery-chemistry settings line up — but pairing genuine matched components is the safer route and simplifies any future warranty claim.

My Porsche LiFePO4 Lithium Auxiliary Start-Stop Battery 12.8V 60Ah 792Wh OEM 9Y0915105Q for Cayenne & Taycan is showing an error code on the display — how do I read it?

Check the fault-code table in the printed manual (most inverters list codes like overload, over-temperature, low battery or grid-fault by number). Note the exact code and send it to us if you're unsure — we can usually tell you what it means and whether it's user-fixable.
