Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this 24-inch bicycle suitable for?

This bicycle is ideal for riders, teenagers, and smaller adults generally ranging from 4 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 6 inches in height. It is well-suited for school commutes, running errands, or casual riding on both tarmac and murram roads.

How do I choose the right bicycle size?

Bicycle sizing is primarily based on wheel size and frame geometry rather than age alone. A 24-inch bike bridges the gap between children's bikes and full-sized adult bikes, fitting riders who have outgrown 20-inch models but find 26 or 29-inch frames too large.

How do I maintain the gears and disc brakes?

Keep the chain and gear cogs clean and lubricated with bicycle chain oil. Avoid getting oil on the disc rotors or brake pads. Periodically check that brake cables are properly tensioned and that gear shifting remains smooth.

Does the bicycle come fully assembled?

Bicycles shipped for delivery typically arrive in a semi-assembled box to prevent transport damage. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle, or take it to a local mechanic for professional assembly and tuning.

What is included in the box?

The package contains the Bicycle RESET MTB 24" WITH GEAR AND SHOX AND DISC BREAK frame, wheels, handlebars, saddle, pedals, and necessary basic components required for final assembly.

Does the Bicycle RESET MTB 24" WITH GEAR AND SHOX AND DISC BREAK come with a warranty?

Yes. Warranty cover applies, up to 24 months depending on the product, and our team provides sales, servicing and spare parts support. Confirm the exact period when ordering.
