Frequently Asked Questions

Is the AmazFit T-Rex Ultra Smart Watch genuine and brand-new?
Yes. Kreatives sells only genuine, brand-new units sourced through official channels, with manufacturer warranty included.

Does it need a SIM card, and which networks work?
Check the specifications for the SIM/network type (2G, 4G, etc.). Standard Kenyan micro/nano SIMs from Safaricom, Airtel or Telkom work with a small data bundle — confirm the exact slot size before you buy a SIM.

How accurate is the location tracking and geofencing?
Location uses GPS/LBS as listed in the specs — accuracy is best outdoors and can drift indoors, same as any consumer tracker. The activity-zone alert notifies the linked app when the wearer leaves the set area.

How long does the battery last, and how do I pair it with the app?
Typical daily use runs a working day to a few days depending on calls, tracking and screen use; charge fully before first use. Pairing takes a few minutes via the companion app — we can talk you through setup if you get stuck.

Do you deliver nationwide, and what's the warranty process?
Yes, nationwide delivery with tracking from dispatch. If a fault shows up under warranty, contact us with your order number and we handle the claim and replacement.

Which payment methods are accepted, and can I return it?
M-Pesa, bank transfer and card, with cash on delivery in selected areas. Unopened units in original condition can be returned within the stated window.
