Siso 40 4Pole 32A DC1000V Pv disconnect or DC isolator
1. Small size.
2. Easy to install.
3. It is Non-Polarity Product.
4. Has passed CB and TUV test and conform the IEC/EN 60947-3.
5. Degree of protection to IP66.
6. Upside input, downside output.
1.IP66 Disconnector isolating switch for solar system with CE SAA TUV IEC passed IEC authorized Lab IP66 waterproof testing. Also our company will take simulation tests irregularly, similar to customer's using environment , to make sure this product completely conforms to IP66 protection grade.
2.Generally Speaking, the voltage on DC side of PV system usually is higher, could be as high as 1000V DC. So we need switchgear of Ue=1000V DC. The branch circuit is combiner box needs protection, while the main circuit equipment in combiner box and DC cabinet need isolating function1.Switching with load of 1000V DC or remote operating function.in addition, it needs to install switchgear 2 on DC side of inverter cabinet ti switch with loads, plays a role of isolating for overhauling.
3.Testing 96.5°C high temperature and flame retardant on site within 5 seconds, the burning flame is completely extinguished, shorter than standard 10 seconds.
4.The product passed IEC authorized IP66 waterproof testing, also our company will take simulation tests irregularly, similar to customer's using environment, to make sure this product completely conforms IP66 protection grade.

without waterproof size
1. IP66 rated enclosure.
2. Ample internal space for easier wiring.
3. Polycarbonate flame retardant ROHS compliant plastic.
4. 10A,16A,20A,25A and 32A all rated up to 1200V DC.
5. Unique spring loaded switching mechanism for high speed switching.
6. Knife edge self-cleaning contacts for increased switch life.
7. Long arc chambers to help rapid arc suppression.
8. 16mm2 rising clamp terminals for easy wiring.
9. The switch has 4 separate poles.
10. Links can be used to change the way that the poles are connected.
11. Poles can be connected in series parallel or a variation of both series and parallel.
12. Interconnection of the poles dictates the load that the switch can make and break.
13. As the number of poles used increases so the total load switching capacity of the device increases.
DC isolators switch instructions:
1. It is important to ensure that all electrical connections(including factory connections) are tight, ensure that all terminal screws are tightened firmly.
2. It is recommended that for DC, multi-stranded cable, crimp ferules are used to ensure
that the wires do not become loose, loose cables can cause
excessive watt loss and generate excessive heat causing severe damage to the switch.
3. After installing and wiring the switch carry out the following test: switch on and off several times making sure
that a positive snap action can be felt and heard.
4. If the switch cannot be felt and heard to operate correctly then it is important that the switch is not used.
